On the morning of July 10, MIK Group held a topping-out ceremony for The Matrix One Premium, marking a key milestone in realizing a new luxury landmark in western Hanoi while reaffirming its commitment to construction quality and schedule.
Groundbroken in July 2024, The Matrix One Premium comprises two residential towers: the 44-story The Luxe and the 37-story The Elite, delivering a total of 990 apartments. The project is executed in partnership with Ricons, one of Vietnam’s leading construction contractors, alongside a network of prestigious design and consulting partners.
The topping – out ceremony not only celebrates more than a year of intensive construction but also demonstrates seamless, effective collaboration among the project developer, investor, general contractor, and partners, laying a solid foundation as the project enters the finishing phase.
As part of the M Series – MIK Group’s most high-end product line – The Matrix One Premium is strategically located at the intersection of Le Quang Dao and Me Tri streets, the new administrative and sports hub of Hanoi.
