On July 30, 2026, MIK Group, in collaboration with its partners, held a topping-out Ceremony for Towers G5 and G6 within The Sola Park subdivision at the Imperia Smart City. This marks a major milestone in the project’s construction journey in West Hanoi, underscoring MIK Group’s unwavering commitment to construction quality and schedule.
Reaching 39 above-ground stories and 2 basements each, Towers G5 and G6 are built by lead contractor Ricons and supervised by CMAXX Consultancy. They are among the five residential towers comprising The Sola Park subdivision – developed by MIK Group within Imperia Smart City – which will supply approximately 4,527 apartments to the market.
The topping-out ceremony not only celebrates the achievements of the initial construction phase but also stands as a testament to the seamless collaboration among the developer, general contractor, and strategic partners. By maintaining rigorous standards for Safety, Quality, and Progress, all parties have laid a solid foundation as the two towers transition into the final finishing stage.
